Job Summary
- Microsoft Office skills - Excel ( VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Inventory management
- Decent English language skills
- Manage individual and bulk listings on different portals
- Solving any disputes if raised and providing all customer support to the clients
- Handling customer queries and leads via phone, e mail and chat
- AMS and Flipkart PLA certified
- Doing regular audits to ensure correct listings are live on the platforms & following up with the category team in case of any changes (Listing optimization strategies ).
- Optimizing and modifying the existing product titles, keywords, Amazon SEO, description & prices to increase the product visibility and hence sales.
