Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is part of a global TA function & will be responsible to support all talent acquisition related activities across Korea and APAC

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the requirements and manage end to end recruitment, sourcing and screening.
  • Sourcing and calling Korean candidates through Database / Job portals / Social media.
  • Explaining the job role and interview processes to the Korean candidates.
  • Following up with the candidates for interview.
  • Coordinating for the various rounds of interviews.
  • Supporting in on boarding formalities.
  • Coordinating with the Korean vendor
  • Salary Fitments and Negotiations with candidates.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification
    • Any graduate or postgraduate degree.

    Required Skillsets

    • Korean Speaker, Good Communication skills

    Language Expertise

    • English & Korean

    Total Experience

    • 0-4 years

    Relevant Experience

    • 0-4 years

    Any additional information

    • Any graduate who can speak Korean fluently.
    • Strong drive for execution and delivering results. An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment is crucial.
    • Superior verbal and written Korean and communication Skills communications skills with attention-to-detail.
