Job description

As a web designer, your job will include the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating web layouts and UI design. Your designs should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. You will also need to work on illustrations, logos, layouts. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we d like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Job responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Use the appropriate colors, typography for each web layout matching the target audience and demography
• Work with copywriters and project managers to produce the final design
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final web layouts and graphics are visually appealing and on-brand
• Design illustrations, logos and other designs

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Figma, InVision, XD apart from Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3
• Basic understanding of effective copywriting
