Position Overview

  • Ensure TATs wrt to various txns (a/c opening , sending AOFs/CIFs/ MF txn entry, Insurance , PMS reporting ) are adhered too.
  • Proper accurate and error free processing of all Account opening forms, MF applications.
  • Ensure all customer instructions (eg KYC chqs for a/c opening, client KYC documents) are held in fire proof storage under dual custody.
  • Ensuring best in class service standards within the Area by synergizing with all the channels in the Area.
  • Ensure proper stock tally of Branch deliverables (incase custodian for any customer deliverable).
  • Assist the service team in handling customer queries and help in faster resolution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external guidelines (KYC & Money Anti Launderings, Audits).
  • Voucher Management, Rules of Custodianship , Key Management guidelines, are followed without any deviation.
  • Educate and direct customers to appropriate delivery channels.
  • Deliver quality service while carrying out transactions for customers.
  • Ensure Area has a clean Mystery Shopping Audit report both by Internal as well as External auditors.
  • Handles routine and non-routine customer questions, problems and concerns and resolves them within the committed timelines.
  • Identify prospects for cross selling from observation of customer transactions and highlight the same to sales staff.
  • Ensure Area has a clean Mystery Shopping Audit report both by Internal as well as External auditors.
  • Ensure proper tracking, responses and closures of all Customer Complaints within the committed TATs.
