Lead Engineer

Position Overview

• Own and manage requirement related aspects of the change delivery life cycle from inception, solution design through to implementation and post implementation support
• Identify, quantify, plan and control all business design and analysis related activity on change projects
• End-to-end requirements management and traceability, both functional and non-functional
• Work as a liaison among project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate features for new functionality. Serves as the SME for business and functional domain knowledge; working closely with the Product Owner
• 15+ Years experience as FA / Business analyst in Financial domain largely in Payments
• A person with Strong Communication , Interpersonal skills
• Having knowledge / worked upon different payment message formats like ISO , SWIFT
• Experience in working on Payments clearings across globe especially EU and APAC
• Requirements elicitation and documentation, using User Stories
• Working closely with various stakeholders
• Impact analysis, both business and technical, working closely with architects and solution designers
• Coordination of and hands-on assistance with Different testing phases including User Acceptance Testing and Live proving
• Create, groom and maintain the project feature and story backlog in addition to any changes to those requirements. Participates in joint design sessions to groom and document features and stories.
• Create feature and story backlogs that are clear and straightforward.
• Ability to understand the requirements and communicate /disseminate the same effectively to multiple stakeholders
• Worked in Tools that are used for Capturing Requirements in Agile(Jira etc.)
• Is aware of and understands agile methodology and how to apply the agile mindset to all aspects of their work.
• Technical knowledge will be a benefit to assist with data analysis Has ability to investigate, analyze, visualize, articulate and solve
