We are part of the Client Technology group, responsible for Production Services. With a follow the sun support model we provide 24*7 coverage of critical Client Reference Data and Client Onboarding (Know Your Customer) applications which directly support regulatory compliance and revenue generation across the bank. CLM plays an integral part in Deutsche Banks first line of defense against financial crime by defining and sustaining Client Record Data for the bank. This covers the KYC Lifecycle, Client & Book Reference Data, and Tax and Regulatory Requirements. Working with Senior Managers in Operational Reference Data Services (ORDS) and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) you will be responsible for managing several applications which enable DB to onboard new Clients, extend existing trading relationships and manage Know Your Customer (KYC) Data. Your key responsibilities
- Take a lead role in resolving Incidents and service requests submitted by the application end users, keeping stakeholders informed and working to minimize impact wherever possible.
- Ability to navigate the organization to get required support and help to resolve issues. Good networking and relationship building skills.
- Approach support with a proactive attitude, working to improve the environment before issues occur.
- You will support several applications used to onboard Clients, extend existing trading relationships and manage Know Your Customer (KYC) Data
- Build up technical subject matter expertise on the applications being supported including business flows, application architecture and application code.
Your skills and experience
- 8+ years in either an IT Support or Development role, preferably a mix of both
- Experience with Pega workflows and analyzing Pega issues using trace functionality is a plus
- Experience with PL/SQL statements including ability to write reports and run workarounds against Oracle databases.
- Experience with a coding language such as JAVA, or Perl/Shell scripting in order to troubleshoot issues.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
