Job Summary
Your key responsibilities
- Ability to engage and work with product development teams to clarify requirements, ensure testability, and providing feedback on design (functional and technical)
- Ability to research, develop and implement automated tools and test infrastructure and framework
- Ability to support Performance testing and test data management with Big Data systems
- Ability to clearly articulate and report test results to variety of stakeholders
- Proven Cross Tier automation experience and passion for learning new technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-energy team environment
- Ability to learn and adapt new technology and programming skills
Your skills and experience
- 10-15 years in test automation and performance with a focus on scalable test approaches
- Big Data systems testing experience, Unix Since there will be a big need of testing seen in this area for our program
- Performance testing experience as optional
- Hands-on experience with test automation framework development & scripting
- Experience in various phases of testing, designing, and developing complex scripts for test automation
- Experience with Cross Tier automation and ability to work as part of integrated team model
- Experience translating software requirements into complete test scenarios, including identification of detailed test data needs
- Experience in defect management using tool like JIRA/ALM including defect creation & trouble-shooting
- Hands-on experience with integration, load, performance, scalability, and/or stress testing
- Experience testing regulatory programs in the financial services industry
- 6+ years of experience in test automation scripting and data driven approach using Selenium, WebDriver, Cucumber/QTP/UFT or equivalent platform
- Hands on experience with Object Oriented Programming (C/Java/JavaScript/Python)
- Experience with Git version control, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity
- Experience working as part of a successful Agile/SCRUMteam
- Experience with HP Performance Center/LoadRunner/JMeter is a plus
- Experience in TDD and/or BDD, Jira issue tracker are a plus
- Experience in test data management with Big Data systems such as Hadoop, ETL is a plus
