Senior Consultant Job in Deutsche Post

• Strong analysis skills, fast learning, Java/JDK, SSO are advantage

• Ability to analyze and decompose business needs into sets of IT requirements

• Knowledge and/ or experience in application of the subject matter expertise as described in the relevant Competencies Development sheets

• Shipment /Logistic tools knowledge, some MyDHL+ , some DHL backend app services knowledge are advantage

• Knowledge on customs process will be an advantage

• Creating and maintaining requirements (BRS, SRS, Use cases, User stories)

• Conducting meetings (grooming, planning, demo, ) and presentations to share ideas and results with the team

• Finding the best approaches/solutions to implement new features or improve current functionality

• Daily communication and working closely with the customer, team members, and management

• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements

• Cooperative prioritizing with the QA/SME lead based on business needs and requirements

• Evaluating business processes, requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions

• Knows how to start a projects or new opportunities within the project and establish BA processes with a new stakeholders

• To perform a normal SME/solution consultant role.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience including 4 years of emphasis on analysis and problem solving skills

• Experience in software development, service management

• Good knowledge on application integration

• Strong conceptual thinking and sense of responsibility

• Solid in business communications and business focus (service, relationship and quality)

• Solid business communications knowledge

• State-of-the-art knowledge of test related technologies, processes, and practices

• Prefer IREB/ Consultant Skill Certifications
