Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain event management applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular.js, Node.js).

Design front-end interfaces and back-end architecture to ensure seamless user experiences and efficient data processing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to meet project goals and deadlines.

Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality, such as payment gateways, calendar tools, and notification systems.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the application stack.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development and the event management domain.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in developing web applications using the MEAN stack.

Proficiency in Angular.js for front-end development.

Strong understanding of back-end frameworks such as Node.js and Express.js.

Hands-on experience with MongoDB and database design principles.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience in event management app development or a strong interest in the event management domain.

Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of microservices architecture.

Understanding of real-time communication technologies like WebSockets.

Experience working with calendar integrations and booking systems.
