Job Summary

We are hiring Fiber Optic Technicians to join our Internet services team. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed ITI in IT/ Networking/ Electrical trade.

Job Description:

1. Complete Field Work.

2. Candidate would be travelling to customers location to rectify the faults & installation in network, last mile connectivity.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Responsible for fault finding & rectification of field complaints in Optic Fiber Cable.
  • Maintenance of fiber cable last mile connectivity.
  • Installation of the ONT/ OFC laying/ Installation of service.
  • Customer premises up gradation.
  • Updating system.
  • Responsibility Wi-Fi Router configuration/Switch configuration / Splicing / OTDR handling / Cable pulling ( On Field Job)

    • Pre Requisites:

  • Should have a two wheeler.
  • Basic Splicer Knowledge (Optional)
  • Should be willing to work in flexible timings.
  • Should have a flair for customer service.
  • Ready to work in the field support team

    • Salary : Rs 6,500.00 to Rs 8,000.00 /month plus incentives.
    Qualification :
    Diploma / ITI/10th/+2

    Fresher
