Network Support Engineers Job in Development Logics Pvt. Ltd.

We are expanding our services to few more towns in Kangra valley, therefore looking for Network Support Engineers preferably from Palampur, Dharamshala and Nurpur.

Job Profile:
Be familiar with all hardware and software
Be familiar with network operating system and protocols, specially Mikrotik, UBNT.
Management of network and storage devices like routers, OLT and GPON etc.
Management of LAN, WAN and internet links for high availability
Use network monitoring tools proactively to address capacity, performance and availability issues before service degradation occurs.
Perform system maintenance and upgrade tasks.
Respond quickly and effectively to network issues and outages.
Good Knowledge of Operating Systems, Hardware, Networking and MS Applications
Participate in troubleshooting and escalation processes.
Multitasking and coordination skills

Key Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in wireless networks
Knowledge of various wireless, networking and routing protocols
