Job Requirements

• Very strong communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Understanding of general IT outsourcing business
• Experienced in working with different bidding sites Upwork, Freelancer, Guru,Envato Studio etc
• Experienced in handling prospective international clients
• Writing proposals, deciding costing, estimation, online bidding, and negotiations
• Strong presentation skills
• Well rounded awareness of web and app development (you don t need to be a coder)
• Ability to liaise with project managers and technical team leaders
• Should have complete understanding of the Sales Cycle of the web/app development/ecommerce portal business from bidding, negotiating till closure
