Job Summary

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation activities such as cold calling to prospects based in USA /UK/ Australia/EU Middle Eastern countries
  • Appointment setting of Senior Management with CFOs, CEOs and Managers
  • Research and develop prospect list using LinkedIn and Web research
  • Support in digital marketing activities such as social media promotions and digital advertising
  • Assist in preparation of sales proposals, presentations, RFP and RFI responses as needed
  • Assist in the development of business development related marketing collateral such as case studies and whitepapers
  • Miscellaneous Pre-Sales and Sales related activities

Skill Requirements:

  • Should have excellent spoken and written English skills with clear articulation
  • Go-getter attitude to pursue sales targets and leads
  • Perseverance, hard-working and target-driven as sales is not easy
  • Extrovert with good interpersonal skills to develop client relationships

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years relevant experience after graduation in pre-sales/sales role involving lead generation, cold-calling, sales meetings in a KPO, BPO or any other IT/ITES
  • Candidates with presales experience in software companies selling to US/Canadian or UK or Australian markets are also fine
  • Candidates with strong and relevant B2B inside sales experience in a non-IT/ITES company can also be considered
  • Excellent Spoken English Skills with persuasive communication abilities
  • Candidate must be MBA/ PGDBA(Marketing)

Salary : Rs 25,000 to 30,000 per month
