Job Summary
We are hiring Team Leaders with1-2 years of experience in US calling or any international calling.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and focus to the project teams.
- Responsible for the productivity, quality and overall performance of the projects.
- Preparing project reviews and project reports.
- Lead teams to efficiently deliver client expectations.
- Manage day-to-day activities with the team.
- Monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets
- Work with Team to resolve any personnel problems or conflicts that may arise in the team.
- Conduct regular conference calls with Clients and identify way & means to improve client satisfaction.
- Identify training gaps in the team and develop a plan for retraining sessions. Will be responsible for successful implementation of retraining sessions.
- Excellent English Communications Skills
- Work on Night shift
