Applied AI Engineering Team: Solution Architect AgentOS Platform

As customers progress through their DevRev journey, they may identify opportunities to integrate with existing enterprise systems, automate workflows, or enhance DevRev's platform capabilities to achieve their business goals. Our team works closely with customers to understand their requirements, designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet those objectives.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to lead the design and implementation of custom solutions on our AgentOS platform. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, utilizing your expertise to deliver scalable, robust, and high-performing applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and customer stakeholders to ensure that our solutions meet customer needs and drive long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive technical solutions that align with customer requirements and business goals, ensuring seamless integration with the AgentOS platform.
• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to gather and understand their needs, offering expert guidance on solution feasibility and technical implementation.
• Lead the architecture and technical design for customer projects, ensuring that all solutions are scalable, robust, and adhere to industry best practices.
• Oversee the integration of solutions with customer systems and third-party services, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including solution designs, system flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into solutions to enhance their functionality and competitiveness.
• Support pre-sales and partner teams in defining technical requirements for new opportunities, providing input on solution feasibility and estimating project effort.
• Ensure that all solutions meet stringent quality standards, while adhering to security, compliance, and performance requirements.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture or a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex, scalable solutions.
• Expertise in Gen AI, cloud technologies, and integration patterns. Hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and relevant frameworks is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and address technical challenges effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and customers.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deliverables concurrently, with proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• A proven track record of delivering customer-focused solutions and providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform-centric environments is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or relevant certifications in technologies or architecture frameworks is a plus.
