Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. As a fresher, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and wants to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial interviews via phone or video calls.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.

Assist in employer branding and engagement activities.

Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Minimum qualification requirement
  • Preferred - Human Resources skill with 1+ years experience
  • Required - Bachelor's or higher education
