Roles and responsibilities

  • Focus on the overall recruitment process by updating the current procedures and implementing new sourcing methods.
  • Handle all aspects of the HR process in the organization.
  • Coordinate daily HR tasks and handle them in a timely manner without supervision.
  • Communicate the HR policies, rules, and regulations effectively & professionally and ensure compliance.
  • Understand the grievances of employees and take it up with the management to resolve issues.
  • Play an integral part of the training, internship, and other related activities.
  • Coordinate employee appraisals and promotions.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities to create a positive and fun-filled work atmosphere.
  • Maintain, prepare and update HR portal, and other official documents and sheets.
