Job Summary

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

- Lead generation outbound clients. Business promotion activities - Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

- Prepare sales and close sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and generate referrals. Pre-Requisites: - Proven working experience in business development, sales, marketing or a relevant role

- Proven sales track record with Monthly Target - Experience in customer support is a plus - Proficiency in English - Exposure & Experience in selling Engineering/Drafting services in the AEC sector like Building Information Modeling (BIM) , Structural, Architectural, MEP, shop drawings, etc.

- Communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build rapport - Time management and planning skills

Job Types Full-time, Part-time,

Contract Salary: 180,000.00 - 270,000.00 per year
