Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for our team members questions and have the opportunity to contribute to multiple pillars of HR such as recruitment, onboarding, people management, and experience.

Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.

Fresher can also apply Skills Required.

Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.

Delivers on commitments/ timely follow-up with candidates

Maintain job postings

HR Generalist activities

Sourcing and screening of applicants

Schedule and conduct interviews

On Boarding and Off Boarding

Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.

Ability to search candidates as per JD on job portals & social media

Required Candidate profile

  • A positive attitude toward your job in general
  • Always looking for ways to improve your skills
  • Good Communication Skills, Calling & Computer Skills
