Job Summary

Sales Development

  • Observe the dealers on their sales and background in order to enhance sales from them
  • Visit Dhanuka customers and wholesalers, also visit non Dhanuka customers to increase the customer base
  • Address queries such as MRP, leakage, credit note problem from the dealers etc.
  • Work towards opening new accounts and write comments, also recommend the credit limit for them
  • Communicate with the legal department on a regular basis and attend legal hearings when required or asked by the senior management
  • Be informed on competitor's products and communicate this information to senior management as well as to juniors so that everyone is updated on the competitor's progress
  • Manually provide orders to the branches and take feedback on daily collection, daily sales, pending orders etc.
  • Attend DD meetings, MRM, ZTP, distribution and dealer meetings, incentive tours etc.
  • Update area sales role on stock requirements indents to be sent to depots
  • Assist the area sales role in krishi mitra meetings, field day meetings, night meetings and communicate with the farmers and other audience

Monitoring and Control

  • Ensure creation and adherence of sops by the team members
  • Prepare reports on TADA, monthly expenses, weekly and monthly updates on sales etc. and submit to area sales role for review
  • Ensure review of the collection of receipts, product complaints and their handling, contributory gift orders, sales return and loose material return etc. from area sales role

Strategic Planning and Budgeting

  • Build a strategic plan for HR and layout a roadmap for implementation in line with business strategy and employee needs
  • Create and adhere the budget for the function and ensure adherence to the same
  • Develop and propose an appropriate organization structure for the organization in response to the changing business environments
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership to define, create and implement the Dhanuka culture, people policies and practices
  • Support and guide the functional teams at corporate, zones and plants in implementing as per HR strategy or plan
  • Identify need of appropriate HR processes and systems. Set directions and review implementation of HR processes and systems to create a high performing and result oriented organization
  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR
