Job Summary
- At least 3+ years of experience in the IT field and a tech-savvy graduate with an IT background.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Azure Certification.
- Primary Skills: Knowledge of Azure Control and Administration Panel, Azure components, Network Configuration, Resource Monitoring, Log Analytics, VM Configuration, Storage Management, Security Management, Azure Active Directory, and Configuring D365 Applications.
- Know-how of Microsoft SQL Server (all versions), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365 Services, Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server, Application architectural design, and Services Oriented Architecture.
- Experience in consulting and comfortable managing client relationships and project expectations.
- Proficiency in Windows PowerShell scripting for task automation.
- Familiarity with Service Management tools (ticketing systems).
