Skill Required: - Systems Administration certification in Linux (RHCE preferred).
- Minimum 2 year Linux system administration experience is required.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently to resolve customer issues.
- Prior knowledge of Web Hosting alongwith with Plesk/Cpanel operations is required.
- Able to respond and troubleshoot during off-hours in a 24 7 environment.
- Desire to learn and improve Sysadmin and DevOps skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience in any public cloud platform like Digital Ocean, AWS, Linode, etc.

Job Description: - Confident working with Linux (CentOS / Ubuntu)
- View server resources with top, ps, and netstat
- Able to install LAMP stack on a server with virtual hosting
- Hosting control panel knowledge like Plesk, Cpanel, PHPMyAdmin
- Knowledge of WordPress hosting and HTML coding skills.
- Understand and manage DNS records types including MX records, A records, etc.
- Can understand and troubleshoot linux systems from server logs
- Customer support / technical support experience over phone/email
- Proactive customer support and prioritize issue resolution in a quick and efficient manner
- Awareness of best practices for server security and hardening, tuning, patching, optimization.
- Able to install and configure various Linux systems with port restrictions through local firewall.
