Job Description

We are looking for a smart Talent Acquisition Intern. As a TA intern, you will identify, map and screen external talent pools to ensure the company's needs are fulfilled in case of a talented workforce.

Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving and an attitude to learn is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and discovering a top talent for open positions using job boards and other unconventional techniques.
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews with the Hiring Managers.
  • Performing background and reference checks.
  • Strong in Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position

Must Have

  • A degree in human resources management, psychology, business administration, or any relevant field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior internship experience in talent acquisition or similar field.
  • Knowledge of human resources laws.
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Ability to multitask, creative with problem-solving ability.
  • Sound negotiable and convincing skills.
  • Awareness of various interviewing methods.

Desired

  • Exposure to lateral hiring or bulk hiring
  • IT domain hiring knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Client handling experience
