Job Summary

Role Description:-

Work directly with the client gathering requirements and align with Salesforce technology along with business strategy and goals. Hands on experience in architecting enterprise solutions including integrations, AI, ML BI and other technologies.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Design, develop, test, and document scalable, high-quality business s solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Recommend alternate approaches, analyses impacts, and provide sizing estimates; review deliverables for accuracy and quality
  • Handle multiple client engagements with large teams and diverse technologies
  • Cares about the quality of deliverables and is passionate about providing the innovative solutions to meet the clients expectations
  • Provide inputs for addressing all technical clarifications to the client
  • Participate in architectural, design & code reviews while establishing and maintaining best practices
  • Engage in presales, customer solutions, brainstorming product ideas with prospects
  • Mentor developers at all levels, evangelizing capabilities leveraging latest technologies
  • Zoom in / zoom out to help the teams technically going beyond the pure people management role
  • Lead, mentor and grow a team of skilled and passionate software engineers and help them advance in their career

Technical Experience :-

  • Salesforce Implementation, integration and Support projects
  • Good technical understanding Force.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and other cloud-based experience
  • Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
  • Relevant Salesforce Certifications
  • Salesforce architect certification will be given preference

Professional Skills :-

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written
  • Good customer management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment
  • Should have prior experience of managing teams
  • Ability and prior experience in leading and mentoring a team technically
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under serious deadlines
  • Should be a self-starter and should be able to motivate the team

Must Have Skills :-

  • 15-20 years of total work experience in designing and developing distributed, highly scalable applications in Salesforce related technologies
  • At least 10+ years hands-on exposure in architecting, managing development and client interaction involving the following areas
  • Salesforce Sales, Service, Community, and Platform
  • Service-Oriented Applications
  • Enterprise integration
  • DevOps / Release engineering
  • Data engineering
  • Managed a team of 30+ consultants
