Job Summary

5 years experience working in Observability / SRE / DevOps / Performance.
Experience working with cloud infrastructures, particularly AWS.
In-depth experience designing at-scale monitoring and logging for corporate infrastructure services.
Expert-level experience in monitoring and logging technologies, both open source and closed source (e. g. NewRelic, Datadog, Splunk, SumoLogic, ELK).
Must have strong automation/scripting skills - proficiency in Python or Ruby is a plus.
Proficient in developing and maintaining technical documentation, running books, and procedures.
Experience with alert and notification management (like Alertmanager, PagerDuty, and Slack integrations).
Experience with building dashboards (like Grafana, Loki, Sumologic, and Tenable).
Experience with distributed tracing tools.
Experience measuring the Golden Signals and DORA metrics.
Must have an understanding of SLI/SLO and the ability to implement observability tools.
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
A detail-oriented engineer, who is eager to learn and is passionate about developing software.
Ability to define a high-level strategy for operations monitoring and risk mitigation.
