- Doing research on job portals like Naukri, linkedin For finding jobs and internships for students
- Signing contract agreements with instructors
- Increasing the walking count at the campus
- Allocating batches/classes to the students
- Creating graphics for various course activities
- Making final announcements about batches and demos
- Resolving students and trainers queries
- Planning and budgets for the courses
- Conducting guest webinars/ seminars for the alumni
- Managing finance activities like collecting payments, sending payment reminders
- Creating profit/loss statements for finance reports
- Taking feedbacks from the students and the trainers on a timely basis
- Recording testimonials of the students and posting on social media platforms
- Creating and managing alumni data for alumni connections
