Job Summary
- Candidates with minimum 6 months industrial training.
- Take ownership of issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
- Good knowledge of Angular (TypeScript), Webpack, Angular, Node JS, HTML etc.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to seniors.
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
