Job Summary
  • Be a part of the team that develops innovative brand and product experience initiatives
  • Lead the execution of brand and product experience project plans while working closely with internal stakeholders such as sales and customer success
  • Understand the customer experience and decision making process throughout each phase of the customer journey
  • Analyze competitive, customer, and industry/category trends to influence innovative approaches with plans and strategies to bring fresh, creative thinking to market launches
  • Participate in the development and execution of project plans to keep on top of deadline management and progress monitoring in partnership with the Project Manager
  • Support the delivery of consistent, on-message integrated marketing communications activities using physical and digital tools
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of brand marketing activities and plans
  • Support budget management associated with assigned marketing activities, consult on priorities, and support the financial management process
  • Build strong relationships with key cross-org stakeholders to help guide and build integrated programs (Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Sales, Customer Success)
  • Assist in managing key brand agency relationships
  • Execute on brand migration strategy alongside the Project Manager
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing for a technology/software brand
  • Has media planning and buying experience, even as part of a team
  • Has strong persuasive writing skills, and an experienced PowerPoint user
  • Brings brand experience form past roles (brand architecture, positioning/messaging, naming, campaign development, etc.)
