Job Summary ABOUT THE ROLE:
CodeChef is seeking a Marketing Associate who will be responsible for working on the core functions of Marketing and its execution. S/He will play a key role in supporting the team by helping manage all brand processes and key activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Tailoring marketing campaigns on different marketing channels (includes both conceptualizing and execution)
    • Engaging with our global community of programmers and working on various initiatives of CodeChef which includes CodeChef for schools, campus chapters, programming contests, and certification program
    • Tracking results of marketing campaigns, analyzing the growth, engagement, and outreach across various marketing channels and draw insights
    • Engaging with the volunteers/student representatives of CodeChef and ensuring the publicity campaigns run smoothly

WHAT SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

    • Experience in Social Media and Email Marketing
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task with easeAbility to remain calm and composed under pressure
    • Self-driven and energetic in nature
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Highly motivated personality with a go-getter attitude
    • Ability to thrive in a team

Experience

    • 1 to 4 years

SALARY BAND

    • INR 4,00,000/- to INR 6,00,000/- per annum
