What is the Job like?
As a part of the go-to-market team, you will be responsible for strategic, enterprise-wide business development initiatives into mid-large accounts with the Flock platform across India, Asia Pacific and UK.
* Manage business development cycles diligently and own the entire journey of prospecting, pitching, solutioning, piloting and closing.* Identify key stakeholders within the customer's organisation to build relationships and credibility with and manage strategic client relationships to ensure seamless sales lifecycles.* Represent Flock at industry events and identify new partnership opportunities. * Craft personalized pitches, product demos and collateral.* Delivering pitches to mid-large accounts and managing those accounts personally* Coordinate with product and tech teams to maintain customer momentum and resolving blockers.* Manage the post-sales relationship with customers to maximise value and uncover other strategic opportunities.
Who should apply for this role?
* You hold an MBA (preferably Marketing/Sales) + engineering degree (preferably IT/ Comp Sci)* Have spent >3 years in consultative selling for software services/solutions in India and Asia-Pacific and have a connect with C-level leadership in multiple companies* Have a history of closing strategic partnerships/sales with A-list clients* You have experience in working with international partners or clients, preferably in the UK, Australia or Singapore* You possess excellent analytical capabilities - can understand clients needs and possess a strong strategic mindset.* You are able to discuss technical requirements and solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups* Engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and non-technical matters, and speak to their personal KPIs.* You have outstanding business acumen and negotiation skills.Your verbal and written communication and articulation skills are immaculate and you can always come up with the perfect text for any given interface.* You are a self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies.* You are an influencer and early adopter of all things tech.* Nice to haveYou have some software development/coding experience.Y* You are an exceptional conversationalist who makes for enjoyable company and is able to cut through social and cultural differences.
