About the Role: We are seeking a talented UX Designer to craft exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for clean, artful design, superior UI skills, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into elegant, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Proficiency in Figma: Expertise in using Figma for creating user interfaces and prototypes. Reusable Components: Familiarity with designing and utilizing reusable components and libraries to ensure consistency across interfaces. Branding Guidelines: Ability to understand, follow, and apply branding guidelines throughout the design process. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and solutions. Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp concepts, find basic solutions, and translate them into interactive prototypes for development teams. Attention to Detail: Sensitivity towards design elements such as spacing, alignment, and harmony to create visually appealing interfaces. Educational Qualification: A degree in UX Design or a certificate course (minimum 6 months) from a reputed institute. Work Experience: 1 2 years of experience in the service or product industry. Passion for Learning: A strong drive to learn and grow within the field of UX design. Good-to-Have Skills: Collaborative Sketching: Ability to discuss and conceptualize interfaces through sketches on platforms like Miro or FigJam. Secondary Research: Ability to conduct secondary research and present findings in a clear, easy-to-understand manner. Design Systems: Understanding of design systems and their application to ensure consistency and scalability in projects.
