We are looking for an AWS Certified Engineer with knowledge in Linux for our ongoing Project. A strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.
Work Experience: 8 Years. Minimum 5 years experience in Linux and Minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Server.
Expertise Level
Intermediate to Advanced.
Required Skills
1) Expert level knowledge with AWS design, architecture and services (EC2, IAM, S3 etc.)
2) Sound experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation etc.)
3) Sound knowledge of server infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing
4) Experience in Software Installation, configuration and Patching Knowledge of system monitoring in a cloud environment including cloud specific products and tools
5) Working in tandem with our engineering teams to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company
6) Collaborate with Software Development teams & Product Managers to ensure smooth deployment and operation of systems.
7) Monitor cloud-based systems and components for availability, performance, reliability, security, efficiency, Cost, and ability to meet non-functional requirements and service level agreements.
8) Support security audits, accreditation and certification processes, and obtaining approval to operate for cloud-based system architectures.
9) Maintain documents and diagram cloud solutions, capturing requirements to support various platforms and systems.
10) Define and establish secure cloud configurations, including integration with on-premises SIEM.
11) Develop solutions integrating AWS clouds with services hosted on-premises and in other cloud platforms.
Desired Skills
1) Certification as an AWS Solutions Architect (Other cloud-related certification also a plus.)
2) RedHat Enterprise Linux in-depth knowledge Infrastructure deployment experience in the Public cloud Knowledge of security controls for the Public cloud (encryption of data in motion/rest and key management).
3) 8+ years experience in IT industry
4) 3+ years experience in AWS cloud
5) Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace.
6) Skilled at working in tandem with a team of engineers, or alone as required.
