Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the IT software market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients including conducting meetings and providing presentations.
  • Biding on portals like Freelancer, Upwork, etc.
  • Generate leads through various channels including outbound calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on the latest technology developments.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT software industry only
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with making outbound calls and conducting sales presentations.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM systems such as Zoho and other CRM sales-related tools.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed.
