JOB DESCRIPTION:
Doxper is a fast emerging brand and we are looking for motivated Field Service Representative that can work with little direction to ensure high quality of customer service. The goal is to maximise customer commitment and the prosperity of business by producing results in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATION:
Graduate/MBA preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 5 years of corporate experience
- Relevant experience preferred (Business Development Sales/Client Servicing/ Field Experience)
- Freshers and recent graduates can also apply
SKILLS:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Business acumen
- Never Give Up Attitude
- Basic understanding of Technology / IT
- Flexibility, persistency, time management
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry will be an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Undertaking all customer support tasks in external facilities
- Provide support to clients in any issue they are facing
- Manage all on-site technical support, trouble-shooting, installations and test activities
- Diagnose technical problems and offer respective resolutions
- Adherence to companys procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and ensure timely resolutions to customers
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
- Formulate relationships of trust with customers
