Job Summary
- Lead, execute the compliance audits and reviews as per the compliance audit annual plan.
- Lead, execute the Investigations as per the Ombudsperson Policy and Procedures.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis, identification of processes and controls which are working and not working and suggest the corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in the training, communication, and sensitization of the aspects of Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (COBE) and other key compliance policies.
- Preparation and presentation of key findings for senior management
