Job Description:

Qualification: Ph.D in life sciences or Biotechnology or Biological science or Pharmaceutical sciences, with 8-12 years of research and development experience. Or Masters in life sciences or Biotechnology or Biological science or Pharmaceutical sciences, with 15+ years of research and development experience. Responsibilities are - Managing the biologics drug product device development group, developing drug product formulation, DP manufacturing process, Lyophilization process development, evaluation of container closures/device for drug products (Vial, Prefilled syringe, safety device and auto-injector), Technology transfer of drug product manufacturing process to Fill finish operations, drug product process characterization studies, Design for quality, FMEA risk assessment. Extractables and Leachable testing, DP stability testing through stability indicating methods, Expertise in JMP, mini-tab for data analytics and DoE studies.
