Purpose :

Responsible for projects activities in Site Engineering Project Team Lead to execute project to meet the business requirement related to capacity expansion, energy initiatives and continuous improvemnets.as per defined time lines, quality, cost and safety. Primary Responsibilities: -Understanding the total scope of project and execute as per approved drawings, time lines, quality, delivery, cost and safety. -Preparation of Tender document / BOQ for Clean room partition and HVAC and arrange the quotation for the same. - Technical evaluation of the offers received from venders. - Preparation of indents and follow up with SCM to release the PO on time. -Preparation and Tracking of WBS for project activities. - Follow up and coordination from vendors, suppliers to get the required material, man power and resources on time. Follow safety procedures- PTW, Height work, scaffolding, HIRA and its compliances during project execution. - Supervise the execution of all project activities to ensure the quality, delivery, time lines and safety. - Completion of MC walk down and punch points - Checking the invoices of vendors and suppliers after work completion, service entry and follow up with finance to release the payment on time. -- Capitalization and budget closure of project. - Responsible for preparing commissioning report and budget closure after completion of project. Secondary Responsibilities: Support in preparation of URS, drawing up gradation and closure of change controls related to project activities. Support in C & Q of new facility Responsible for safe working environment and good housekeeping on project site. Responsible for vendor qualification, safety induction, and medical checkup of all contractor employees.
