Job Description:
Ownership of end to end employee data with support of business, COE as well as partner teams: Maintaining data integrity to ensure accurate running of HR processes across HR systems Support audit processes and own solutions Create effective check processes to improve data quality including error detection and correction, process control and improvement Support COE data requirements across transactions including People Analytics teams to publish dashboards Process optimization Work with IT and business teams on process simplification as well as automation Execution and delivery of data services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) like TAT, quality and Customer satisfaction (C-SAT) Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to the data quality. Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies Compliance Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access. Central creation and maintenance of master data across SAP and non-SAP systems. Enforce compliance to corporate data standards. Creation of an audit trail for master data changes. Improvement of data quality
