Analysis of repetitive failures of electrical components Estimation of maintenance costs and evaluation of alternatives Assure optimization of the Maintenance Organization structure Forecasting of spare parts Assessing the needs for equipment replacements and establish replacement programs when due. Assessing required maintenance tools and skills required for efficient maintenance of equipment Assessing and reporting safety hazards associated with maintenance of equipment Knowledge of Statutory requirements LT/HT/PCC/MCC/DG maintenance Sterile manufacturing equipment & AHU's electrical maintenance Load calcuations/ As Built SLD Shift activities handling and shift team (Contract Staff) management
