Position: Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore

Shift: 10AM-7PM; Tuesday to Sunday


Responsibilities:

● Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, cold

calling, and other lead generation methods.

● Conduct property viewings and presentations to showcase available listings and address

client inquiries.

● Guide clients through the sales process, including negotiations, offer submissions, and

contract signings.

● Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide

informed guidance to clients.

● Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions in CRM

systems.

● Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.

● Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction

and loyalty

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.

● Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and legal regulations.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

● Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
