Job Summary Technology @ Dream11Our tech team is the core of Dream11s mobile-first cross-platform (desktop + mobile PWA, android & iOS) product serving more than 8 Crore users with over 50 million rpm (requests per minute) at peak concurrency.Our tech stack is hosted on AWS and is built onCloudfront / AWS API Gateway, NGINX, Node.js / Java, Redis / ElastiCache and MySQL / Cassandra as our end to end stack. Besides these, we heavily use MongoDB, Kinesis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Spark, Redshift and other cutting-edge tech to keep improving Dream11's performance. As a data-driven team, we also use R, Python and other big data technologies for Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics.

Your Role:

    • Complete responsibility for effective installation/ configuration, operations and maintenance of systems hardware and software infrastructure
    • Managing IT Systems, Networks, IT infrastructure and various applications working across teams
    • Ensuring reported issues are resolved in defined SLA
    • Creating an impeccable Data security, backup Infrastructure and managing firewall devices like Fortinet/CyberROM/Sonicwalls
    • Evaluating software/hardware products (free/commercial) and working with vendors, managing licensing Requirements and IT Procurement
    • Monitoring the system daily and respond immediately to security/usability concerns
    • Working with MacOS operating systems and JAMF
    • Managing and troubleshooting of Cisco Meraki switches and Access point

Must Have:

    • 4+ years of experience in Systems Administration with IT Infrastructure and Networking
    • Experience in SSO, SAML and strong understanding of DNS management, Email management, & End-point security
    • Worked on configuration management/log management system and capacity planning
    • Worked on Windows Servers and Access Point

Good to Have:

    • Worked on MacOS and JAMF
    • AWS Cloud Infrastructure management for overall value addition
    • Managed large server farms including cloud remotely and in an automated fashion
    • Certified courses in Information Technologies and Security Domain (CCNA/CCNP/MCSE/CEH)
    • Experience in Firewall management
