Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage all the aspects of the sales process including lead generation, lead management, qualification, evaluation, closing new business and account care.

Source potential customers international as well as domestic through referrals, existing clients, corporate activities, Telecalling & different online marketplaces like UpWork, Guru, Freelancer etc.

Writing proposals, bidding for the projects.

Maintain lead and sales score on CRM on regular basis.

Ensure proper follow-up through for closure by right documentation & sales process implementation.

Liaise with development and testing teams during all steps of software development lifecycle to provide necessary support in understanding requirements.


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and convincing skills.

Previous experience in email marketing and other digital marketing activities would be a plus.

Exposure to documents like SRS, SRD, FRS, FSD, RFP and Use cases is desired.

Strong knowledge of bidding portals like Freelancer, Guru, Upwork and other sites.

Knowledge of healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
