Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of branch operations staff (Teller/Customer Support Officer) and ensure smooth running of the branch. Ensure compliance to banking guidelines, quality framework and audit requirements.

2. Authorize all transactions posted by the Teller and other operations staff and ensure timely and error-free transactions. Ensure that all relevant notices and displays are updated in the branch as per RBI requirements.

3. Ensure safe custody of all stationery, account kits, cheque books, forms etc and timely updation of all relevant registers. Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, audit and other regulations in all branch banking operations.

4. Facilitate cross-sell of savings and investment products to clients to meet branch objectives. Delivery of high standards of customer service and relationship management to clients to enable them to retain them.
