Job Summary

DreamSoft4u Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Project Manager for Dot net Profile who contributes for following.

  • Design and develop software product applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software applications for internal use.
  • Manage full software development lifecycle including testing, implementation, and auditing.
  • Perform product design, bug verification, and beta support which may require research and analysis.
  • Resolve critical issues and contribute to the business unit/area development. Manage the work efforts of managers/supervisors with responsibility for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews.
  • Identifies and allocates technical resources to client projects within Development.
  • Maximizes both utilization and profitability of assigned team of resources' billable time.
  • Ensures base applications meet appropriate quality standards.
  • Adheres to the departmental application development and client delivery process standards.
  • Ensures the proper application of technology.
  • Should have successfully handled at least 2-3 complete life cycle projects as Project Manager
  • Strong process management, project management, configuration management, stakeholder management and team handling skills
  • Willingness to provide hands on guidance to the project teams as part of steering the projects
  • Project Management (Project Plan, Estimation, Schedule ,Risk Management, Reviews, Audits), Program Management (Delivery)
  • Client satisfaction and Client management
  • Handling a team of 5 to 10 resources
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Develop full scale project plans.
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of the project.
  • Establishes steps of doneness for various types of activities that are done
  • Development and maintenance phases of a project.
  • Responsible for ensuring that technical solution meets performance, reliability and other requirements.
  • Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation
  • Reviews work of development team.
  • Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions
  • Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines.
  • Product conceptualization to realization through PoC and incremental feature addition in an agile environment.

    • Demonstrated experience with the following technologies and concepts:

    ASP.NET, C# , AJAX, JQuery,.NET Framework, Java Script Frameworks

    MVC, Entity Framework, Web Services

    MS SQL

    Web Architecture

    Object Oriented design

    GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Skill in project management, organization, communications, analytical and people skills
  • Skill in leading, supervising and managing effectively under pressure
  • Ability to be comfortable interacting with executive level clients
  • Ability to analyze client's business needs and determine related information services support
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationship with client
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and problem areas
  • Ability to delegate projects to qualified subordinates as appropriate
  • Ability to lead, direct and manage effectively
  • Ability to operate independently
  • Ability to exhibit solid decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
