Roles & Responsibilities

Preparing technical proposal as per the client business requirements.
Documenting business requirement, use cases and business flows.
Work with subject matter experts, IT professionals and software developers to define project scope and objectives.
Work closely with the Sr. Business Analysts.
To create/maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and regularly communicate with them for potential business opportunities (Post Sales Team)
Ensuring business growth from existing clients, exploring possibilities of new business with existing clients (Post Sales Team)

Skills:

Individual with expertise in understanding, specifying and documenting, IT related business/customers requirements and creating specifications.
Excellent Research and analytical Skills
Excellent Quick Learning and Problem-solving Skills
Strong Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
Client facing skills and the ability to work/communicate with clients
Should be proactive, enthusiastic and great team player
Aptitude to learn new Business Domains
Must be highly creative, result oriented and self-motivated individuals.

Qualifications include:

Education B.Tech., MCA, BCA
Specialized knowledge Knowledge of SDLC
