Responsibilities As the Technical Lead in Backend Development specializing in Java, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems. You will lead a team of experienced developers, set technical direction, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise in Java and backend technologies will be crucial in driving our mission forward. - Lead and mentor a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient backend systems using Java and related technologies. - Hands-on coding and code review to maintain the highest standards of code quality and performance. - Identify bottlenecks and performance issues, and implement solutions to optimize system performance. - Contribute to the development of technical strategies and roadmaps for the backend development team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver integrated solutions. Requirements - BE/BTech/Mtech/MCA degree in Computer Science or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Java backend development. - Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams. - Experience with database design and optimization (SQL and/or NoSQL databases). - Strong knowledge of Java, Spring framework, and related technologies. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
