Job Summary
Assign Orders in Bulk, Schedule, Re-schedule Inspections on multiple times a day Track technician productivity, SLA and compliances on daily basis Provide Operation/ technical support to all technicians on the ground Pre/Post inspections Do daily calls to customers/ sellers/ technician, do follow ups for scheduling, cancellations, re-scheduling inspections Resolve all customer complaints and escalations received via Customer support, email or social media Create and manage daily, weekly, monthly trackers for all operational and productivity metrics.
