Job Summary

Main Tasks and responsibilities :


  • Drive critical projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams across locations and hierarchy.

  • To Monitor Vehicles on daily basis, Ensure on time vehicle placement at DTDC facility

  • Prepare delay MIS on daily basis and present it to Management

  • Update Vehicle Route Master on regular basis

  • Ensure GPS should be in working condition and inform to GPS team in case of any issue

  • Co-ordinate with regional ops team & drivers on regular basis. Routes will be assigned & make call to driver/ops team for each route

  • Ensure vehicle arrival and departure on time to minimize the delay. Improve operational efficiencies

  • Track line haul route on real time basis and take corrective actions during in transit to meet destination TAT

  • .Vendor performance evaluation, loading/ unloading analysis & other analysis

    • Experience Required


    Candidate should be able to demonstrate capability in one or more of the following

  • Engineering background is a must. Background in Mechanical/ Production Engineering will be preferred.

  • Background or Interest in Operations Research/ Supply Chain Management domain.

  • Experience in excel

    Qualification :
    The ideal prospect should have 2+ years of work experience in E com Operations project, coordination and advance excel.
