Job Summary

Main Tasks and responsibilities :


  • Management of implementation of a new project or digital initiative at ground level

  • Create self-sustaining model to enable wide-spread adoption and hand over the project reins after it has stabilized operationally



    • Responsibilities


  • Work closely with Transformation office to drive change management / transformation

  • Responsible for implementation of a project through out a region/zone

  • Identify gaps in process design and practical ground implementation issues and provide long term resolutions

  • Regularly update project status and highlight specifics which require intervention

  • Establish the actual (as opposed to design) capacities and capabilities of existing field facilities in order to identify potential bottlenecks and scope for optimization

  • Visiting branch/ hub facilities region wide to drive implementation & trouble shoot

  • Carry out screening studies and develop process schematics for potential process improvements

    Qualification :
    The ideal prospect should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in project management under Operations department (PMO)
