Job Summary

Responsibilities

& KRAs: Handles Social media ad channels such as Affiliates & Brand Partnerships. Work with Dunzo s legal team to refine and iterate on agreements, and work with affiliate partners to negotiate contract terms Must have knowledge of all fraud detection tools such as Protect 360, Mfilter, and others. Handling Publisher Engagement and Retention. Should have good knowledge of the campaign setup process which includes activities such as S2S integration, GAID, IDFA, Macros, and other such day-to-day requirements to monitor it overall. Work directly with consulting and technology partners to build and execute joint-marketing plans that are customer-centric and deliver customer demand, revenue growth, and positively impact brand equity. Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed. Research and assess, implement emerging methodologies and practices, and make recommendations for the marketing channel. Work closely with other functions product, business development, marketing finance & data analytics to plan, execute, and report marketing campaigns. Qualifications/Skills required : 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / Affiliate marketing (3-5 yrs of total working experience Bachelor's degree; MBA from Tier 1 or 2 colleges preferred but not a must Experience working in an e-commerce platform Experience with creating theme and situation based campaigns Understanding of in-app user navigation and journeys SQL is a Plus Customer-Centric Approach to problem-solving Problem-solving skills in constrained environments Ability to derive actionable insights from consumer data and campaign information Ability to work with multiple stakeholders An innate desire to win!
